Remember in school how gym was all indoors on a rainy day? w could tie up the nerd behind the bleachers instead of running it was so much funner.

How to catch your own seahorse

If your interested in getting a seahorse for yourself, your gonna need a place to fish. Now this ain't fishin with a pole but more on that later ok. first find a place to get your seahorse. make sure your in some place legal and look up the bag limits and any permit requirements. the authoritys will be on your case real fast thanks to all the liberal regulations and red tape so save yourself some hasole and follow the laws.

OK once you are in some water where your allowed to catch seahorses you gotta find some!
seahorses don't move fast but they are good at hiding so your gonna be playing hide and seek with these little guys.that is the secret you don't need to be fast but you need sharp eyes and keep em peeled! Look up some pictures of seahorses in your region so you know what to look for.

When you find a seahorse just catch him in your net or try to grab him but be gentle because you don't get paid for damaged goods.

well that's about it for the basics you just need to know what your looking for and know there tricks and you'll be catching seahorses in no time.

yellow seahorse

I wanted to leave you on a happy note so here is some more information on seahorses:

The yellow seahorse is actually hippocamus kuda. this is a common type of seahorse that is found all over the place. They are in the 6 to 9 inch range and they live in sea grass's. you need about 25 to 30 gallons to kep a pair of these bad boys. an interesting fact about h. kuda is that unlike some seahorses, these guys dont change colors to hide from predators. what you see is what it is.

this is among the species's that i can collect for you

comment moderation

i am very sorry to have to add more hoops for my readers to jump through, but a bunch of kids have been giving me a hard time and so i have now turned on the comment moderation setting. so i will need to approve your comments before they show up which is a pain but these guys wont leave me alone
